Is a 0 possible?! Absolutely horrible customer service. How do you have a patient on hold for 25 minutes and send your calls over to the call center folks?! Absolutely PATHETIC. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect!!!

I work as a triage nurse at this clinic, and I'd like to say to patients that, if you are unhappy with a doctor at the clinic for whatever reason, let that doctor know of your concerns. If the issue can't be resolved, there are other doctors here you can see. It is a very busy clinic, but they reserve spots for new patients who need to be seen urgently. Also, to answer one reviewer's question, doctors are not allowed to order blood work or give advice until after the patient is seen by the provider. This is a safety issue and is standard anywhere you go. Also, patients need to work with their doctor to help with their care. For instance, make follow-up appointments promptly. This allows for the most choices for patients' appointments, to make them work with patients' schedules. Also, listen to your doctor's advice and follow it. If you're supposed to get lab work done, do it when it's supposed to be done. If you don't agree with what the doctor is saying, or you have unanswered questions, please let staff know. Ask questions. Voice concerns. Also, set up and use MyChart (Franciscan). You can contact doctors and other staff (non-urgent issues) through MyChart, see lab results, make appointments with your PCP, and it allows for staff to contact you when they can't reach you by phone. Your care is important to the providers and other staff at this clinic. They work very hard to provide the best care possible, but they need your cooperation. It's a partnership. We work together with patients to meet their healthcare needs.

(Translated by Google) I really don't understand the endocrinology clinic here. Because I didn't do anything wrong, can I leave a patient with congenital hypoparathyroidism like this just because I, as a patient, refused Dr. Reddy's treatment?! This is killing the patient. Does the patient have the right to choose the specialist he or she likes?! This really does too. You have neither the right nor the right to see the patient. Dr. reddy has messed up patient care and never said sorry or said a word. Where in the world is there such a doctor who doesn't even tell you the results of the ultrasound examination for thyroid nodules for more than a week?! I have been seeing a professor of endocrinology for congenital hypoparathyroidism since I was 10 years old at Seoul National University Children's Hospital in Korea. I am really angry that such a patient can be neglected so indifferently. Why is the US healthcare system so messed up? you are sure to be punished How can you reject a patient you've never seen?? (Original) . reddy ?! . ?! . . reddy . ?! 10 2010 . . ?? . ??
