Very clean, all nurses were great. My doctor didn't have much bedside manner and I was scared going in. I woke up before the procedure was finished and it felt like someone was holding my guts and rolling them around. It was traumatizing. Had a large polyp that was told they didn't have the tools to take out or the meds to raise my blood pressure to keep me under longer. I naturally have low blood pressure. Now I have to do it all over again in the hospital. How does a place that does this all day long not have what they need for special cases?

Order the prep kit! It's a huge advantage: besides very detailed instructions, it contains chicken broth packets, a box of lemon jello, the bowel movement powder and Gatorade powder to mix it with. I didn't have to run around getting all these Individual items. The kit AND the daily instructional emails made this a very easy procedure.

It's hard to decide on whether to leave a 1 star or the three. Front desk was great and everyone else was as well up until it was time to get my IV. They couldn't find my veins easily and had to stick a few times. Which is understandable. I have no bad feelings towards something they had no control over. However, 2 veins are blown. Again, I'm not upset or hold a grudge for that. They tried so hard to get a good one. My issue is I was sent home with no care instructions for those blown veins. I was not offered an ice pack or any kind of pressure to put on said veins. There was no warning on how they were going to swell and look later on in the day. I had to Google instructions on how to properly care for them. That's why I give it a 3 star. The lack of care on that part. Other wise everyone was fantastic.
