        Helping my mom look for cars, and she’s been looking a ton & has been messaging multiple places about vehicles. she messaged this lot/dealership asking about miles and just got rude responses because “they’ve answered her texts before” about miles. please learn to be a little more understanding with your buyers when they’re interested. (also might help if you put the odometer on the ad with the car so you won’t even have to respond to people. )
