        The buying experience was great and felt really good about the deal. Would recommend anyone here for a VW for the pre-purchase experience. That said, once the deal was done we've had to constantly chase people around to get the floor mats that were promised as well as a slight mechanical defect. It's been well over a month. Also, we were told finance would be following up to let us know the final interest rate - never happened and had to chase down our sales person who just sent a text to confirm. We've been out there twice post sale. So, buy your next car there? Yes. Any confidence after they get their money. NO!

        I have been coming here for all my oil changes and it's been a great experience all around. I went this last Saturday for an oil change and a reset for a recall and was in and out within an hour and a half. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
