I've known Aaron Hendon a long time, so when it came time to buy my home, I knew he was my guy. He is a passionate, caring, deeply integrous and honest, and those are all qualities that he brought to helping me find the right home. He just took care of everything, kept his word, always acted in my best interest and always had my back, even when it was challenging. I could not have asked for a better, smoother or more connected experience. 11/10, highly recommend!

We were looking for a house in Tacoma- in this online world what is a real estate agent except someone who has the key fob to open the house you're looking at? Aaron patiently walked us through the process and helped us narrow our search parameters- when we were almost ready to give up he showed us a house that was utterly perfect...turns out the owners had just received an offer from some house flippers. Aaron said " ok we're going to send a letter to the owners with cute pics of the kid and we really want to raise our family here", etc, with an offer barely over the asking price. We thought that was the stupidest idea ever and no sane capitalist would ever go for that- well, the owners sent us a nice note and sold the house to us because Aaron went the extra mile and never gave up. That's what the good agents do and that's why we love our brother Aaron, if we decide to sell he will be the first person we call. Integrity, honesty, devotion to the client. 50 stars

Aaron was the best thing to happen to us! We had very little time to sell our house and find a new one, due to unforeseen circumstances. He was so knowledgeable, which is what we needed since we had never bought or sold a house before. He sold our mother-in-law's house in under a week for our asking price and also got us 2 months free rent back so that we had time to find a new home to buy. We found the perfect little house for us, and he was right there helping us get the perfect price. I would recommend him to EVERYONE! I could not have asked for a better realtor. Thank you Aaron!

I had a really great experience with Christine & Company, Aaron Hendon was my Realtor. We had something happen that was quite unique - our house was sold and almost to closing - Literally two days from closing. A very sad occurrence happened and one of the buyers actually passed away. That deal fell through. It was unfortunate for us, but I really felt for that family and for what they were going through. What was amazing was that Aaron, my realtor, and Christine & Company - they were simultaneously so compassionate to what this family going through and at the same time they said to us: "we are going to take care of you" Our deal had just fallen through and they were just very committed to making sure that we were taken care of. Within a couple of days, they had re-staged the house and put it back on the market and they literally had an offer within 3 or 4 days. It was just really such a sad occurrence, and they just really did their best to take care of us.

I worked with Aaron Hendon to purchase our home on Vashon. My wife and I decided we wanted to move to Vashon pretty quickly after having met with Aaron previously and found a house we fell immediately in love with. In the span of just a couple of days, we got Aaron up and running. After seeing the house, we put a bid in on it and squared away everything we could possibly have hoped to figure out. The best part about working with Aaron was that he always made sure we were making informed decisions, every step of the way. This happened before we even began looking at houses when we were just talking about which Realtor we wanted to work with. Aaron is passionate when it comes to home buyers educating themselves about the interview process while hiring a Realtor. As a homeowner, you are putting someone else in charge of the biggest purchase of their life. Not only that, but he has all the data to back it up, in terms of how he performs. We saw this when it came time to sell our home and buy a new one. Aaron goes above and beyond in terms of providing the red carpet service that Christine & Company is known for, and we also got a full team of people ready to handle every one of our concerns, questions, and conveniences when it came to selling our home. They also did everything they possibly could to make sure that we felt comfortable at every stage. Selling our home with a big deal for us, and Aaron took care of all those little concerns. He got our home to sell way above asking price with a very aggressive pricing strategy that we trusted him with, and it ended up working out great for everybody involved. I could not recommend, Aaron Hendon at Christine & Company more. I never want to move again, but if I had to, I would absolutely call them back up to use their services.
