Very professional team - Beth, Jonn, and Marley were fantastic from start to finish, helping us sell our first unit (condo) in a relatively tough market at a very reasonable price point and within 2 weeks of being on the market. As someone relatively naive to real estate transactions, they were excellent in explaining their nuanced and thoughtful approach. We would definitely work with them in future transactions!

Beth and Jonn were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, which made our buying experience much easier. We were on the East Coast and relied on them for much of the information on each place we considered. They took care to understand our needs and preferences well, so that each property we saw was always within our requirements. They took detailed videos/walked us through on video, pointing out pluses and minuses, issues to ask the sellers about, and researched additional information for us. They were very patient and never pushy, always with a view to getting us a home that we would be happy in. They were also very practical and gave honest feedback in the negotiations process so that our offer was attractive. We ended up with a place that is spot-on perfect for us.
