Good clean hotel. Desk staff are great and helpful. Plenty of parking. Great vocation spacious lobby and breakfast area good breakfast The only area of improvement is the person setting up breakfast was not friendly. Even grouchy Recommend 24 coffee avail since its near a major airport with early and late flight

Parking was horrible. Staff didn't care, very rude, and we're much happier doing anything else but their job. Lobby was a mess, breakfast was not as advertised...some food even had mold, milk was sour, fruit water made me throw up. Room smelled of mold, half the lights didn't work, no hot water, only one towel provided. In the morning, starting at 7am, every 30 minutes the cleaning people kept knocking telling me to check out already (even tho check out was 11am). This was the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel.

This is our experience. We stayed here about a month ago and had an okay stay. The hotel looked like it was going through some renovations and even though the room was 95% finished it looked like someone had decided to stop and give up doing the finishing touches. Parts of the bathroom were incomplete. We stayed there for one night. Pros - We had a good night's sleep. Cons - We booked the hotel through Hotwire, and found out later that we got charged again by the hotel. So we got charged twice for one night. We have never run into this before. So we tried calling the hotel more than once, and could never get a hold of the manager to speak to them about this extra charge. We were told he would contact us but it never happened. So we had to contact our credit card and have them resolve this charge. I would not recommend staying here unless you like being charged money for nothing in return.
