art is crooked and room was dirty upon walking in , added a fee for parking when it emailed us saying 35 turned out to be bumped up to 45 , hotel smells either too heavily of perfume or like a fart

Poor customer service. I mistakenly booked the wrong night (my fault) and even though I cancelled the reservation in less than half an hour they couldnt waive their no refund policy. Disappointing.

Love this hotel! Great Location and friendly staff! Rooms: Very clean rooms! Nearby activities: The public library, the market, the aquarium and the piers! Safety: In a safe area and many safety measures put in place! Walkability: Super close to the Public market!

Its raining we decided its a great day for delivery and hbo.hotel staff is great gave us lower rate new room king size bed with 600 ct hotel sheets.kurig in the room a safe.this hotel is living the dream.girlfriend is so happy wants to extend stay at hotel because of location and service of hotel staff would recommend for married and exclusive couples.not a place for beverly hillbillies&friendsp perfect getaway for new lovers
