        Ouch. Street noise is absolutely horrible. It is not nearby construction but road traffic. I can only assume the windows are single panel. Standard breakfast is OK, but for dietary restrictions it's a zero. Staff is always friendly and try to be helpful - they really are the stars of this hotel. Rooms: Simple but incredibly noisy.

        Close to the university. Comfy beds. Noice. Also self parking can be a bit of a bother, but it's all good I just parked in a Teslas spot.

        I talked to a very rude customer representative name Cassie?? As a gold elite member myself and Titanium elite member(my husband), I asked for a complimentary upgrade to a bigger corner room. And she told me because I made reservations by points I am not eligible for the complimentary upgrade and have to use a suite award night? I am not even asking for a suite upgrade, just asking for a bigger corner room. And I did not see any where on Marriott Website saying points reservation is not eligible for complimentary upgrade. Her attitude is really bad. This is not the way Marriott should treat a loyalty elite member.

        The rooms are what youd expect from Marriott. My daughter and I picked a nice quiet one. We were going to an event at the Neptune theater on April 12. Very convenient location. What stood out was the service. To a person every employee we came across had a very warm greeting. It was genuine, and you could tell it was ingrained into the culture. This place certainly makes that a priority, which is a reflection of its management. Thank you for making it a very pleasant stay!
