Sprint Store

6/30/2020 I have had issues with this store before. At this point I am over going in here. I walked in and was greeted by a sales girl who asked what I was there for and I told her that I needed to re-verify my employee discount. To this she replies that I should just go online. I am now frustrated. I walked into a store to receive customer service, not to be told to kick sand. I asked clearly and calmly, so you're not going to help me, to which she replies now from behind a desk she just got behind, further indicating her lack if interest in providing me customer service, that I simply have to go online. I walked out, she said nothing as I did. This type of behavior would NEVER have been accepted from me when I worked in retail. Customers always came first. I learned a thing or two during my time on the floor, but for her to be so flippant, so blatantly uninterested in me as a potential sale, repeat or hell, anything positive! Just disgusting.
