Love this location . I left tmobile for Xfinity because of my experience with tmobile . I came back since Xfinity is outright TERRIBLE. I didntwant to come back to this company but the women who helped my husband and I, were all fantastic and amazing!!! Kay, shailene and the store manager Zara are all so nice and helpful. Thank you again for everything!

Wow these workers are sooo lazy went in to ask about switching to a contract account from tmobile no contract plan. Was told cant port over the phone numbers. Okay, well its obviously a number already with tmobile and most all places can port your number now days anyhow. Went to the other Burien store by Fred Meyers, and what do you know. Oh of course they can port the numbers over. So I suggest skip this lazy, not wanting any business establishment & go to the one by Fred Meyers.

This visit exceeded our expectations with T-Mobile. The team was amazing, they went above and beyond to help us with our transition from Sprint to T-Mobile.
Jailene was super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming in every single step of the way. We were able to keep our lines active and she even helped us to figure out our plan and deals available for us.
T-mobile is sure to keep their customers thanks to staff like Jailene. She is one of those staff members that deserves to be promoted and recognized.
We are definitely coming back to this T-Mobile!!

Love love love this location. Managers were extremely helpful. The representatives who helped me were fantastic. Thank you for making this switch over so easy for me! I have so much better network!
