Alex and the whole crew were extremely helpful and super nice, helped me get my Iphone 7 upgraded and a brand new home internet for dirt cheap. I waited to write this review until I knew the internet was working great. Thank you Alex for taking the time to set it up for all the help!!

I have always loved T-mobile they have the best customer service of any phone company I have dealt with. But this store completely screwed our family over by canceling one of our lines and adding an new line all so they could get my wife the free tablet. I lost my internet service with them because of this and had to switch over to Xfinity. When I explained all of this to them and asked them to return the tablet they refused because it would look bad on the store and told me to contact corporate customer service which they can do nothing for any purchases made at a retail store.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. They misrepresent coverage and billing. Multiple times do to an equipment challenge on their end, my new phones lost voicemail capability. I also showed no missed calls. I left them due to missed business calls. Paid off phones in full 3 business days before switching carriers. I asked: I will have no challenges switching carriers three days from now?  I was assured no problem. Another lie. Phones were still locked. One and a half hours in store (of new carrier) trying to get a live rep to release phones. Then a get a bill stating I still owe a final installment payment on the phones. I have disputed it for months. Stay far away from this disreputable company. They have zero credibility Or customer service.
