Both my husband and I work in IT and understand android technology quite well. Don't go to the T-Mobile Woodinville store unless you want to get SCAMMED BY KNUCKLE DRAGGERS that get aggressive when they can't answer technical questions...They have zero tech knowledge, however they're clearly qualified to shovel manure. A few days earlier I'd allowed the Woodinville store to switch a Sprint sim card over to T-Mobile. Shortly after, texted photos stopped downloading, and an EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY message flashed on the screen every few minutes. On my day off I went back to the Woodinville store and said the phone had a connectivity issue. I was told to buy a new phone and that the "software" was broken because of a crack on the screen. I was told S/W can shatter inside the phone.  Both sales idiots stated in more aggressive terms... "You have to buy a new phone. It needs to be replaced. Absolutely nothing can be done." I have insurance to replace the entire phone, but the sales staff wouldn't check to see if there was coverage. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG AT THIS BUSINESS!!!So we walked out in disgust and called T_MOBILE IN BOTHELL. They correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone. As soon as I got there, they replaced the sim card with the correct one. All my texted photos downloaded and the emergency message stopped flashing up. The Bothell staff looked up my insurance policy and told me how to get a new phone with my coverage.   Thank you T-Mobile in Bothell!!!
