        After being told my wait would be about 30 minutes I got a notice that I was next in line. Another 30 minutes later I was told I was next in line. A suggestion would be instead of having someone who only walks around telling people how long the wait is, have that person actually help customers.

        4th trip going to the store for a upgrade and they gave me a broken phone

        Sales girl spent the whole time picking at the skin on her lips & snotlrting snot instead of blowing her nose. She made me feel like a thief the way she said I couldn't touch the phone or box until I paid for it. I did spend over $700.00.

        Came to this store location with my GF to exchange her iPhone for a different color. In the box, unopened. The Manager was extremely off-putting and rude for no reason. The other employees seemed pleasant, but unfortunately, we got the manager. We needed help and she did not want to give us the time of day. I'm with AT&T and I have always had great experiences with in-store locations.
