Like another kudo on this website, I want to thank Becki for taking the time to straighten out a problem with a Christmas gift card my brother and sister-in-law tried to send to me. I was put in touch with Becki at corporate headquarters, gift card department, and she was very helpful. After everything was straightened out, I not only received my gift card promptly, but she sent a nice note and four special cards for free appetizers and desserts! Thank you so much, Becki, for your concern and kindness!

Having been a steady customer for over 40 years. I have been very disappointed as of late with the Harbor lights food quality. I responded via email on two separate occasions to the company regarding this. On this past visit two people for lunch. No alcohol two cups of coffee two orders of Halibut with tip $100.00. Unfortunately the Halibut is no longer battered it is breaded and was so dry it was mostly left on the plate.
I have been supportive with the reduced menu do to the pandemic. On several occasions we have inquired about bringing the crab legs and putting steak back on the menu. However I can not support poor quality food. The past half dozen visits have been disappointing. Harbor lights has been a the common gathering place for my friends and I for over 40 years. Now for the first time tomorrow we are going to try other waterfront restaurants to have lunch at. Every year I purchase a $500.00 gift card at Christmas and receive a couple as gifts from friends. It is disappointing to see that Anthony's will not even respond to a subpar experience.

I visited Anthony's website to purchase a gift card for a friend's birthday. The process was very easy, and although the site indicated my order had successfully gone through, I had entered my email address incorrectly and therefore never received a confirmation. However! The next day I received a phone call from Becki at Anthony's corporate office to inform me of the email being returned as 'unable to deliver,' and left a message providing me the tracking number for the gift card delivery. I was so impressed with this exemplary customer service that I returned her call and we corrected my email address and she immediately sent my confirmation and tracking number. The service Becki provided is greatly appreciated, and Anthony's serves as the epitome of superb customer service.
