Portsmish Apartment Homes. The indoor pool has not been working for more than 6 months. During this time, rent and water charges were charged at the usual amount. The pool was opened 2 months ago, but the managers put restrictions on its use. The pool is only open on weekdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Doesn't work on weekends! Absurd. At the same time, rent and water charges have not decreased. Today April 5 at 7:00 pm I witnessed one of the Portsmish employees using the pool after closing. He opened the pool with his key for himself and his family. I have a question for you, dear managers. Why do you restrict access to the pool to all other residents? Do you have special privileges or is this just discrimination? In addition, there has been no night security for several months now, and again the rent has not been reduced. Homeless people are everywhere, they surround the area around the Portsmish complex, parking their cars in the apartment parking lots in the evenings. No night patrol. Homeless people go inside a building with a swimming pool and use the sauna and shower. I witnessed this twice and reported it in a letter to the managers. Very disappointed with this place in terms of management.

It has been 5 months me and my family living in this Apartment (33 River Street) . I got stuck after shifted in this and waiting for another place to move. 0% safety and security in building. And the worst part No one takes responsibility . At least there should be accountability of someone who hear the request. Todays incident:- my wife was entering to the building and a men who already inside the building (not staying in this building). He started abusing her and she just ran from stairs without waiting the elevator. Few days back fire alarm was blowing without any smoke and smell. We had put the complaint on weidner Application. We waited one week to come electrician to repair this but no one turn up. Later we checked the status of complaint and found the complaint has been resolved since no one has rectified that. Then we called emergency number because Alarm started blowing again. 2 times we had call on emergency number but again there is no positive result. No one came to repair. We only can speak to Weidner staff on Monday to Friday during their working hours. And they doesnt care about us. Another nightmare is Manager of the building. So better not to approach them.
