I lived in a property managed by WJL for one year. They kept helping me for months after I moved out. After they mailed my security deposit check, it went missing and I did not receive it. There was a long process with the bank to get the money refunded. WJL handled the whole situation very professionally. Would recommend.

Slum lords that engage in shady/borderline illegal practices-what they can get away with. They lie from the owner, Jun Shen down to every employee. Only use non-professional repairmen, including friends of the family (when I questioned his experience!) and always violated proper notice for maintenance. When you made an appointment, they never once actually respected the time, instead calling you whenever they felt like out of the blue and expecting entrance right away. The property was the worst maintained I had ever seen, with chipped paint everywhere, stains all over the rug, and grease, dirt, crumbs, hair in every drawer and cabinet. The owners who had occupied the unit before I moved in made no effort to clean yet expect you to pay for professional carpet cleaning. When I complained to the head of the company who is a smarmy, lying scumbag, he said that I wouldn't have to clean the carpet on move out. When I was getting ready to move out, he refused to respond when I asked him about his promise. This is typical of this company. I asked their move out agent multiple times to clarify their move out requirements about what I have to clean or replace as that will affect my deposit. They absolutely refused to respond and ignored my multiple and repeated requests. They promised to allow me to be present at check out inspection as I suspected they would try to rip me off. They then never made an appointment and again refused to respond. I think is is illegal to refuse answer your tenant's questions and concerns. They use scrambled emails and multiple agents use the same phone number but refuse to identify themselves, again ignoring all requests for information as to dodge responsibility. They are unethical scumbags in every way and will take every advantage they can. They embody the greedy slum lord and specialize in exploiting tenants for their foreign investor clients. This is exactly the kind of landlord and business that should be outlawed.

Poor communicating, lack of customer service. Unacceptable treatment of Tenants and the property they reside in. High end slum lords. Completely lacking in regard for their tenants.

Once we signed our lease, we got ignored. There was no remote for the fireplace, we never received locks for our mailbox, and multiple windows did not have blinds (which were promised). Took 2 months for blinds and keys to be provided, and 3 months for the fireplace remote. We are already 25% through our lease.... and are now able to use amenities that were detailed in the house description. Expect a response/action after your 5th or 6th follow up email.
