They literally canceled my appointment the day of my scheduled appointment due to a technician calling in sick. This is very unfortunate due to the fact that I had made arrangements around this oh so very important appointment. I called to see if there was anything they could do to accommodate me. I spoke with someone by the name of Katlyn. She was extremely rude, short and bothered as if she was the one being inconvenienced. I am furious with this company! I will be calling corporate!

I’ve had ADT for a month, without my services being installed. SafeStreet was the contractor so ADT tells me they cannot help me but when I call SafeStreet, you cannot get through the line. So basically I’m being scammed. Save yourself the headache because the customer service is terrible.

Absolutely Substandard. First appointment they didn’t have the cameras needed, had to reschedule. Was extremely unprofessional, second guy was nice but didn’t put up the doorbell camera so had to schedule another appointments which they NO SHOWED, called and scheduled ANOTHER Appointment Waited a MONTH for last Saturday and they NO SHOWED AGAIN. I will NEVER Recommend or use this company again. I signed up in August and STILL Don’t have what I asked for.

Horrible customer service seems like a supervisor is never around adt doesn't take any responsibility they don't even care!! Now in a contract that is worth nothing to me!!! If I could give the negative stars I would have!! Should have read the reviews before signing with them. But don't worry my lawyers will eat them alive. I won't let this go I promise that . For future customers DONT DO IT!!!
