        I called to confirm the office is open and that I could reach someone locally when needed. The call was answered from a different location in town. I was told that this office on Meridian has been closed, but that it might reopen in the future.

        You make one $1100 theft claim in a span of two years, and then they reject your renter's insurance renewal, even after explicitly telling you that there should be no issues with it unless you have more than two within a year? These guys are full of it. Sure, they seem fine unless you actually need to use the insurance. Take your business elsewhere.
