Dennis Kaiser: Allstate Insurance

I was dealing with an agent for a few days. She began to get vague when answering my questions, so of course, that caused more questions from me. I had decided to go with ALLSTATE but needed better verification on their "MILESWISE" plan. I had heard there are issues with it. She was being very vague. When I pushed with more questions, she sent my emails to the agency owner, Dennis Kaiser, stating, "I'm not sure he is someone that we want as a client, too much drama." OMG! All the time spent with me and then dropped. I feel very fortunate. I have retained all the documentation.

After being with Geico for several years. went with Allstate insurance. Which I have twice as much coverage and better price.

Changed insurance companies because I didn't think the value was there. Was informed that I had an outstanding balance and assured I would tend to it. After several snide remarks by Dennis, the call was completed. Couple weeks went by and it slipped my mind. No email or bill in the mail, sent directly to collections. Would not recommend at all.
