        I got cheaper insurance from another agency in April 2022 and gave the proper paperwork to Richard James Farmers Insurance to cancel my insurance and receive back the proper prorated amount I had prepaid that I didn't need and after 5 phone calls and stopping by in person have yet to get refunded or even get called back in 5 months.
