Worst corporation in the United States! How dare you try to stand in the way of people collecting toys for children for Christmas?! Especially with so many hurting right now during a pandemic. Truly disheartening and un-American!

Kimco is the most ruthless and heartless commercial real estate management/landlord company! Within 12 months of my lease, they had raised roughly 10% (3% which I have agreed yearly raise, but another 7% by kimco raising the triple net every six months). I did not receive any allowance for tenant improvements, the grounds were unkept/dirty, all the while the anchor store was not operating at the shopping complex. They also wanted $400+ month to put my business name on the marque.
Carmen (manager assigned to the building) & Kimco were not interested in looking at options to help me in anyway to adjust the 7% triple net. Zero compassion or understanding!! They compared my dry cleaning business to the smoke shop & dollar store stating those businesses are doing just fine.
They might as well have compared apples to oranges... more like apples to potatoes!! Dollar stores & smoke shop ALWAYS do well in any circumstances!!
Stay away from doing business with this company... it’s a big corporation only caring about their bottom line.
