Our experience with her on our home sale is not simply a business transaction but more of a first class well above and beyond personal treatment. From the moment we are introduced to her by our friend (who she helped with their home buy and condo sale) to past our closing, she has been consistently keeping in touch and guiding us navigate through this very strange market. She is always available to answer our question any day and even late at night. Though we are a bit late on putting up our home for sale, sheve worked with us to strategically prepare our home for a successful sale. She diligently reviews the market movement within our home's location and did a very thorough research. Hedy helped me buy my first house in Greenlake over 12 years ago, and recently helped me buy another house in Kirkland! My Greenlake house turns out to be an amazing asset, and I'm expecting the Kirkland house to be the same. Hedy is VERY EXPERIENCED in the Seattle / Bellevue market, and she has given me invaluable advice about every aspect of the real estate market: the neighborhood, the house construction and layout, the bidding process, etc. Many nights throughout the buying process, especially when we run into problems with the escrow towards the end of the transaction, Hedy responded to our texts and emails from 7 in the morning to 2 in the early morning! I am very thankful that she always has my back throughout the process! Without Hedy's quick response, insights and guidance, I wouldn't have been able to buy my Kirkland house that meets my requirements within one month of searching in this super hot post-Covid market. I learned of Hedy from my daughter and son-in-law. Hedy helped them find a nice house in Seattle during a time when the market was extremely competitive. I then worked with Hedy when I wanted to put my Tacoma rental property on the market. From day one, Hedy was committed to my project. She was direct, clear, committed, supportive and realistic. She has a keen eye for what does and does not need to be done to prepare for listing, and she treated my budget as if it were her own, i.e. she discouraged any unnecessary expenditures that would not produce a positive return. Her aim was to secure a good and fair price for my house, while also keeping it real and not setting me up for disappointment.
