        Great experience all around. Scheduling the appointment was easy through their website contact form. The technicians who came out to do the job were very professional, thorough, and friendly. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answer all of my questions. On top of that they also provided written notes on the invoice recapping what we talked about. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

        Adam and Bill arrived promptly. They called to let me know they were on their way. They were highly professional and explained everything that they were doing and what was causing the problem. I am very happy with the service that they provided and will definitely reach out to Mammoth again for annual cleanings as well as refer them to my family and friends. Thank you very much Bill and Adam fir taking care of my fireplace! Now I can finally use it this winter!

        The owner/technician did a very job of tuning up my gas fireplace. He explained everything he did and suggested improvements for me to consider. However, his firm did not tell me ahead of time he would not be vaccinated for Covid, nor did he offer that information or wear a mask upon entrance to my home. I asked and we then worked it out.

        Excellent experience with this Company. They did an excellent job servicing my ventless gas fireplace, and took the time to explain various aspects of this maintenance. Also, the problem I was having was eliminated by a thorough cleaning. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
