We had outstanding service from NOVA for our gas fireplace replacement from start to finish. Dan was very helpful with design ideas and stone selection. Order and installation timelines were spot on. And the installation itself was great. The final product exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend.

The team at NOVA Fireplaces consistently went above and beyond throughout the sales and installation processes. They communicated all the options effectively and took care of all the details. The installation team was professional and did an amazing job of keeping everything clean. But, Dan wasnt satisfied with simply a job well done. He kept saying we can make this better for you and they did. We could not be happier with our fireplace or our experience with NOVA Fireplaces.

I had to write a solid review about these guys because the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I had hired another company before contacting Nova Fireplace & Stone to install a BlazeKing wood stove and DuraVent chimney in my home only to be strung along for over a month. Finally I found out that they cant work in my county due not having a business license . I terminated the contact with the previous company and immediately contacted Dan and Stewart. They were extremely responsive and very professional the entire time. They had my permit for the install in my inbox within 48 hours of applying. During the install they took extra care to make sure my home stayed nice and clean. The install spanned over 2 days between the chimney and stove but they sent text reminders for each appointment and confirmed with an email too. I also found out that they do Generac generator installs so I will be reaching back out for that service later in the year.. These guys did everything they said they would in exactly the time frame they told me. 5 star service is hard to find these days but Nova Fireplace & Stone nailed it!

Stewart and Dan helped us procure an Electric LED fireplace. They installed the new circuit that was required, did a clean job on any drywall needed to be removed and replaced, followed up through the inspection process, were professional and conscientious through the entire process. Glad we chose them to assist us on our fireplace!

Dan and his team are excellent. From the start in the showroom through installation they were professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
