When other companies did not want to special-cut a backplate to fit the brick arch in our colonial fireplace, NICTO did not hesitate and took their custom work a step further while installing the wood-burning insert. NICTO custom fit the front plate to the brick, too, so the insert doesnt sit outside the fireplace opening. The team cleaned the chimney of years of glazed creosote so we would not smell it ever again, installed an insulated liner, and new cap. The team did the tuckwork in chimney mortar and sealed the chimney, too, all for what competitors would charge just for the insert and basic install (no custom work). The team paid incredible attention to detail, were prompt, courteous, cleaned up, and were respectful of time. After ten years of looking for the right chimney sweep, we will call this team back year after year. Grateful for this team willing to discuss options and possibilities! Great company and pricing.  They stand behind their work.  They redid the crown, mortar work and new liner.  Chimney works great.  I had 4 quotes and they were competitive and their description of the work was the most detailed of all the companies.

Nicto lined a chimney that had not had any work since 1950.  It had a variety of issues that made the job a challenge.  The team did an excellent job.  They were careful to not create dust and repaired mortar with the correct color.  On top of that they had a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

Probably the most thorough sweep I've ever seen. I believe the technicians name was Pepe. Scrubbed the firebox, cleaned the glass and screen!
