had no water had to stay at a different hotel didn't get my money back the office told me to go get it from the booking company the booking company couldn't get my money for me because the hotel said they have no knowledge of me leaving even though I went down to the office before I left and told them I was leaving and going somewhere else and that they would start working on it for me terrible customer service will never stay again they are dirty too and some of the lights and the room didn't work and the parking garage felt like a maze bad design

We were extremely disappointed and will not be returning in the future. 10 out of 10 Do Not recommend! Rooms: The room was pretty small and very filthy. The spa tub was not only dirty, but the jets didn't even work and it took forever to fill up. The fridge was dirty but tolerable. The freezer however was disgusting. The bed was sunk-in in the middle and only a sheet-thin blanket was provided. Most everything was dusty and dirty and there was a weird oily substance on most all the surfaces including the floor. The television remote did not work and there were several light bulbs out in the room. Noteworthy details: The lobby was a mess and had visible leaks from the roof in several places. Also the check-in process was really slow.

Room is disgusting. Not clean at all!!!! Did I say nasty dirty disgusting? Good enough for those who wants to lose weight because the elevator don't work, all rooms on the 1st 2nd and 3rd floors are being renovated. Wanna lose weight over the weekend check in. No housekeeping service, once again recommended for weight loss because you have to take dirty towels to the office 4 lousy dirty flight of stairs. The best thing about the stairs is the color BLUE my favorite color. Hair in the bathroom, the kitchen was disgusting, the sheets and walls were dirty no soap, the toilet moves. I had to go out and get my own linens and clean the room myself.
