The person at the front desk is rude and tried to get a attitude with my and my friend, dont waste your money here, its basically the Bates Motel on a beach

I give this hotel five stars because the front desk guy worked to accommodate me concerning my room and entire stay. My room was very clean and as shown on the website. I really wanted a room on the beach for the price I paid. Both the woman on day shift and gentleman on the night shift treated me well. I had an excellent view of and access to the beach of which I did get to enjoy with my family. Thanks you guys! Im excited to say I really enjoyed my stay! Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants, shoppes, and activities within walking distance of hotel.

manager is racist and will curse you out at any given moment and dont care what you have to say about it. he believes just because he is the manager he get to treat people and talk to people with profanity when and however you want. the rooms supposed to be remodeled but it looks the same there were unsafe cords hanging out of the wall, gnats everywhere, and the ac unit was coming apart.

I didnt feel safe being in this hotel alone. I was on this trip without my spouse. On the second day of this trip, there were a total of three guests vehicles overnight in the parking lot. I couldnt believe that resort was in the name. There is no real lobby area for guests to enjoy and hang out. Theres no fitness center and the pool was closed (possibly for renovations). The furniture was dusty, handprints everywhere, and the floor was unclean. I ended up not unpacking my suitcase.
