Haley Ford

I was interested in a used vehicle they had. I contacted the dealership, made an appointment to meet to drive the vehicle. The day of the visit, they emailed me to confirm I was still coming, which I told them yes would be there at the time we decided on. Got to the dealership, was greeted, and sat down. Salesman comes over and said they had already sold it. 45 minute drive from my home for nothing. Then he tries to sell me a jeep grand cherokee with 100k and check engine light. I guess they think I am stupid. Won't give them my business, what a dirty way to treat a potential new customer.

I have taken several cars to be serviced at the Haley Ford in Chesters service department. They are courteous, friendly, and provide timely information about the status of the vehicle. In my experience the repairs are completed in a timely fashion and they stand behind their work.

Extremely disappointed in the service department at Haley Ford Chester. We dropped off our vehicle April 6 and we are just getting it back today(4/27) every week we were told a different story and we had to make the calls to them no one would return calls from messages left. Casey was the service advisor and I guess since it wasnt her vehicle she didnt care to keep us informed about the progress. We also just looked in the bed of the truck and there is a part with four bolts that wasnt put back on the truck, smh. After reviewing the paperwork the recall work wasnt completed either. Since we arent mechanics, we are left to wonder was ANYTHING really done. After 4 weeks i have a strong feeling nothing was was done. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE and we will be taking it to another dealership to determine what this random part and four bolts is for/where it belongs.

Our family has purchased numerous vehicles from Haley. We have always received a great deal on all of our purchases thanks to our salesman Wayne Richardson. When we need service we can always count on DeeDee. Theses 2 special people always make it a pleasure to do business with Haley Ford in Chester.

The work was performed that I paid for but as a bonus I even got to clean all of the spilt oil from the top and front of my motor. I should have popped the hood and checked things out before I left. Egg on my face for that. Get your oil changed elsewhere unless you enjoy the quality time cleaning other people's mess off of your motor and greased handprints on a fender, hood, and bumper. Sorry for the bad review its fitting for the cleanliness and lack craftsmanship pride.
