Mo was pleasant and helpful. Richmond ford was willing to fairly negotiate. Very little pressure, little too much waiting. But that wasn't Mo's fault. I would come back

These guys are not worth it they give you this mechanic fear talk so they can charge you for things not needed . Its all about making money not customer care at all.
