So, I got tested about two weeks ago and havent heard back from this place about my results. Ive been trying to call the office number but it says this site is temporarily closed. I had to pay $250.00 for these test and it seems unacceptable that I cant even contact someone about when my results will finally be ready.

Drove 30 minutes to this location during normal business hours last Friday, July 23, 2021. The lights were off, no one was there, there was no signage indicating a closure, and there was no way to reach anyone by phone at the location or at the corporate 1-800 number. Several people showed up while I was outside and were just as confused as to why the facility was randomly closed. Perhaps most disturbing is that one person was attempting to leave their blood vials in an unsecured box outside in the sweltering heat. These are completely unacceptable standards for a medical laboratory. Unfortunately, my insurance is requiring me to use this lab and i'm truly worried to use this place for any kind of bloodwork or anything else. I called the corporate office and was able to speak to someone today who said they would report the incident. I appreciate the call but I don't have a lot of hope given that this company sees it fit to not have any way for anyone to contact them during normal hours. And this is not the only review indicating things like this happen here.

I'm surprised to see negative reviews. That has NEVER been my experience in the last six years. Before COVID I went as a walk-in, and they always got to me within 15 or 20 minutes. I've been for different tests twice this year, and both times they took me right on the dot of my appointment. This is the best medical office I've ever used - on time, professional, fast, and friendly.
