Every car you rent from there always has the lights on tye dash and there is something that always never works and the cars are never cleaned out entirely or properly. This place is cheap but very horrible.

Customer Service is so bad. My daughter rented a car that was not safe to drive. It started smoking and making a noise when you started the car. We called and told them it was not sage to drive and we were over 60 miles away from the shop. they said they would send a tow truck to get it. 2 weeks later, they showed up at 7 am top ick up the car with no tow truck. He drove the car back. We have a recording of how the car sounded when he started it. He stated that my daughter did not have to pay for the last two weeks. They did charge her and also ended up keeping the $150 deposit. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not tell my worst enemy to rent a car from them. Also, the cars are filthy and stink. There was mold in the trunk of the car. You get one star because I do not have the option to give none!

Ive been dealing with this car service for a little over 7 months. They cars are NOT reliable they will shut off. They do not compensate you or even deduct money being that their car is the problem. They dont maintain the cars very well. They will take you out of a car that barely works and put the next person in that same car. They are not for the community they are for themselves. Theyre cars are unsanitary and they put dont gas in them for the next person. All they want is your MONEY MONEY MONEY. its not really a plus for you only a plus for them. And they dont speak English very real well.

Super customer service, nice car great experience
