        I love Avis and Budget especially the on 460 in Petersburg Virginia

        It is worse than 1 star, I prepaid for my car on line. When getting there it's not there and I was told it would be $7 more to upgrade. The final bill was $45.10 more than what I paid online. Awful place to rent from. nice staff but they are extremely slow.
