        The employee was completely incompetent. She barely communicated and her brainless error ended up making me not even be able to get a car. They didnt have the car we originally reserved so I have to paid EXTRA for something I didnt even want. STAY FAR AWAY! Just go to enterprise.

        I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly. * Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!
