        I came in to open a account and Tin Nguyen offered to help .Then he pretended to get a phone call .I know he pretends bc there was no alert and I work in a call center so Im familiar with how a phone works..anyways he leaves his desk and shuts himself in his office for 25 minutes.At this point I take all my belongings and go elsewhere.Super unprofessional

        Do not go to this bank!!!!! I would never open an account here thanks to Nayyirah Cooper!! She's rude, and really needs another job. Her customer service skills are very poor, and so is her appearance!!! Aaron Perlewitz is nonchalant, and can't handle his employees. I don't think he can handle the job, this is my first and last visit!!!!

        Why are all the Wells Fargos in Norfolk closed on a Saturday ? I have to drive to Portsmouth, through a toll in order to cash a check ? Kinda BS. No drive thrus available, nothing. Guess I need a new bank.
