        I had an excellent experience with my visit into the store, everyone working was polite and very sociable with me and other customers inside the store at that time. I came in because I received my new phone and was unable to set it up at home so Rob took all the time needed with me to ensure my phone was set up and ready to use before i left the store , he was very knowledgeable and as a former sprint employee and me a former sprint customer he was very helpful on my migration over to t-mobile...Thanks Rob
