The Villages of Stoney Run

The staff is amazing! When I walk in it always feels so bright and refreshing. Maddy and Colin are very friendly and there to answer any questions you may have. The manager is very welcoming and you can tell they all take so much pride in their property.

DO NOT EVER MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! the outside may look nice but looks can be very deceiving! First thing is The apartments have ROACHES in them! Ive called the office multiple times about this situation and they never cared to do much about it! Then the security company they hired is horrible! The African American lady that drives around doing security is extremely racist! She will only make complaints to the office for you if youre white, when a white person calls her on someone else she will take the complaint serious, never when nobody else calls her, she will only take reports to the office if youre white, Im saying this because me and some neighbors made a few reports to her and she never reported them to the office at all! many of my neighbors living there has dealt with the same issues with her about this situation, not just me. Ive had someone break into my apartment TWICE while living there! Police got involved and the office literally never did nothing! Security never did nothing! The people working in the office are only nice to you on the first of the month, besides that they dont care much about anything, Im saying this because Ive dealt with them myself, they only care about taking your money! Im saying this because before I moved into my apartment it was not as cleaned as how I made sure to have it when moving out! I made sure the apartment was very clean before moving out with no damages and these people still kept my deposit! They will never give you back your deposit no matter how clean you make the apartment for them with no repairs needed, they will still keep your deposit and try to strong arm you to pay them more money! They only care about money!, not your safety and not making sure you are satisfied in the apartment, eventually karma will catch up to all of them! All I asked for was my deposit and they never gave it to me in the end after dealing with all this mess! I payed a lot of money to move into the apartment and this is how they do you dirty in the end, I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND anyone to move into these apartments at Stoney run in Newport News, Va! I am still very upset of how nice I was to them and how they stole my deposit in the end after dealing with roaches in the apartment complex and everything else! They have my number and email.

Maddy has been such a pleasure and such a huge help for me. Shes absolutely amazing and I appreciate her so much! Best maintenance team hands down! Dominique, Seth, and George are absolutely incredible.

Do not move to this apartment complex if your kids are under 16. It's not a kid friendly place No playground and no kind of extended amount of property for them to burn energy. My neighbor kept their kids locked in in the house. It was complete mayhem for us at times
