Wendwood Square Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! this is the worst management company. This used to be a great place to live under the old management but not anymore. The only thing is new management does is collect rent on time. 1. the rent doubled with no upgrades to existing residents or amenities. we have no clubhouse, no fitness center we have a pool that they closed for 1/2 the summer with no explanation. you can pay $1400 somewhere else that at lease has a gym. 2. the new residents steal you packages, there's a pepping tom and a mentally challenged worked who is supposed to do hallway maintenance but doesn't instead he walks around screaming, talking loudly and asking inappropriate questions. 3. if you pay with debit there a $27 -$40 debt card fee the "convenience fee" changes. 4. office staff is useless they either don't answer the phone and u have to call multiple times, don't know any answer off hand or state "policy" to you which they have the discretion to help but choose not. 5. place is dirty the hallways to your apartment are always dirty and funk the old management had a great cleaning staff that kept the hallways and laundry rooms clean. there's typically trash on the ground throughout the complex and where the dumpsters are. 6. maintenance is a joke not only does it take forever for them to fix anything when they outsource they outsource to the cheapest shadiest contractors. one of the contractors they hired to fix my toilet when in-house couldn't fix it left literal poop on my bathroom floor that he stepped in then tracked through my apartment on his way out so that was nice. i could go on if you're going to spend $1400+ a month do it somewhere else. I am moving as soon as i can.

The very 1st day I moved in dirty water was coming up from the kitchen sink. I let the property manager know still haven't got fixed yet. Nice apartments however the maintenance suck. They will tow your car with no warning. Please stay away. They don't care about there residents. Management is the worst!! Your water bill can be 50 100 200 a month. Please stay the Hell away. This place is rent was 1350 went up to 1500 after a year. Going to break my lease. Have to give them 2600 I Don't care. Please stay away.

Ive live here 4 years! Old management was on top of the bugs I mean did not play ! Now new management has come into play they charge you for an exterminator fee and nobody ever is out here spraying I went from no roaches to roaches! Not to mention they take no money orders now and charge you 40$ to pay your rent I went from 850 a month to almost 1400$ a month these apartments are not updated they refuse to fix anything you call the rental office and half the time they dont answer! Theres a peeping Tom in the neighborhood so you might see a man dressed in all black with a ski mask on in your window! Has been caught numerous times on camera in different peoples windows! Laundry mat people throw away your clothes and theres a Karen somewhere trying to play landlord threatening to throw away peoples clothes.. good luck Im moving out n any apartment managed by these people will NOT get my money
