Mike did an amazing job putting our mind at ease with what was being done and how they were going to do it. We felt confident we were not being taken advantage of and that Mike was being fair and honest. We were nervous about all the water damage and what we had done immediately after the house flooded from the top floor down. He calmed our worry and complimented us on our quick thinking and assured what we did (we ripped out a ton of wet drywall) helped us from getting mold. This made things seem better and we really appreciated the kind words he had to say about our actions. He did let us know that we could have called them sooner and we wouldn't have to have done all that but that it was only drywall damage and a lot less expensive than it could have been. Next time (fingers crossed their won't be) we will call them immediately. Service: Water damage cleanup

My outside water line was damaged and flooded my basement. John and Ben showed up within an hour of my call. They were calm, assessed the damage, explained everything to me and answered a million questions being thrown at them. They were the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, care and kindness. Mike and Ben came out to assess the leak in my floor. They were efficient, respectful, and honest. They were able to diagnose the problem and begun attempting to save my flooring. They checked in with me on a regular basis and we’re here ON TIME! I would give them a rating if 500 on a scale of 1-100!

I have never used ServPro before, but Im so glad I gave them a call when I needed their services! Mike O'Connor, Earl(on site crew) and Kimberly Carey (office POC) were fantastic to work with. Very professional and friendly. Had drywall ceiling collapse on the top level of my home, along with over a foot of attic blown in type insulation. They assessed the situation, explained the process to me and took care of everything required. They left my house cleaner than it was prior to the incident! They took pictures and floor plan dimensions to assist me with my insurance claim, huge help. No complaints. I look forward to working with them to finish the project.
