Scam! This company primarily focuses on reconstruction services. However, when homeowners experience water leaks, they require assistance in identifying the source before any reconstruction can begin. Despite this, the company does not clearly communicate that their services do not include locating the source of water leaks. They conduct an inspection, which may not be necessary for the homeowner at that stage, and subsequently charge a flat rate of $350 for the visit. An invoice is issued with a 30-day payment deadline, after which unpaid bills are sent to collections. Additionally, their customer service is lacking; the staff can be rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Id like to share the best words of gratitude towards the guys who made miracle in my house. They came on time every day, did everything thoroughly and left the house clean after each kind of work. Great job!

I wish I could give zero stars. I would avoid doing work with this company. We had a pipe leak behind our drywall that we had fixed by another plumbing company, and we were put in contact with Rainbow Restoration through our insurance company. To sum things up as much as possible, they ripped our fairly new carpet up, damaged the baseboards, and left the job poorly done and unfinished. We waited months, and finally had to choose another vendor working with our insurance company to finish the job that they started and didn't finish. Then about six months later they start sending us invoices and threatening letters saying they are going to send us to collections. This is all after we paid our deductible and our insurance company paid them for the job that was left a mess, unfinished, and unprofessional.
