UPS Access Point location

I made a purchase from a out of town company that offered me a choice of delivery to my home or the UPS location near me so I chose the UPS location not knowing that you have to have an account with them to have things delivered there. The package was sent & received at that location, but I never received notification that it had delivered. I emailed the company I ordered from & they sent me confirmation of the delivery & who received the box. I went to this location & asked if it was there & was told by Burt that instead of him sending it back with postman , he gave it to a customer that had my last name as her maiden name. I dont the reasoning behind that since my first name was also on that package. He said he would call her to see if she still had the package & he would give me a call. He never called & Im not surprised since he was very disinterested in my request to get it back. Burts attitude was I made a mistake, he gave away something that belonged to me with no regards of helping me at all. I visited several UPS stores for service & was never given such disrespect & horrible customer service. Truly Dissatisfied Brandize Braxton
