        I dropped off an Amazon return Fridayreceived a drop off package receipt. Called customer service to find out they never shipped my package and now I have to take time out of work to go back up there and figure out what they did with my package since they didnt feel the need to ship it!!!!

        The store owner was very helpful of my needs when I needed memorial service programs printed for my mother's funeral. And it was a super busy day in the store (12/13/23), just during the holiday rush with tons of Amazon returns coming in nonstop. He wanted to get the print quality just right and took the time to do so. He stated that he too suffered a recent loss, so was empathetic of my current situation. We got all the programs printed just in time for the service which was the next day. They also had the best printing price in town beating the other "office supply" and "shipping store" competitors in the area. I would certainly use this location again for more printing needs. Kevin is a good guy. (And thank you, btw, for the bereavement support recommendation.)

      Hello,If you could either come in or give us a call with the tracking number and we can help figure out what is going on with it. We have multiple pickups through out the day so even if the package did not leave on Friday then it left on Saturday.Thanks,Kevin BurtOwner
