        Ordered a laptop online with store pickup in Fairfax, received an email the next day saying it was out of stock after charging my credit card. Entire organization is incompetent, surprised they are still in business or evening trying to do business online. You have been warned. If you need something, choose another company.

        Why does this staples close at 7pm? It's close to where I live. There's a gas station, 24 hour CVS, restaurant-this place wouldn't be the only store open until 9pm. Change the store hours!
