I recently had my hardwood floors and stairs/railing refinished from a honey oak to a Dark Walnut and Total Floors did an amazing job!! They came in and sanded in a day, had stain on it by morning of day 2 and finished (stain, top coat, and fully dry) in 3 to 4 days. I had a decent amount that needed done and was shocked how fast they worked. I would highly recommend!

A great help to our new flooring solution. I shopped four different floor companies -- absolutely fair price (competitive, perhaps lowest). Resolved all challenges of installation. GREAT TEAM of installers (very skilled) // excellent knowledge and customer concern from owners/sales team. FINAL INVOICE was BELOW estimate/contracted price (a line item was not needed, so I was not charged for it)!!!. If I have future flooring needs, this is where I am doing business.

I chose total floors because they initially had excellent customer service and promised fast install. I paid a bit extra for the mom and pop nature of the company instead of a big box retailer. Although customer service was great, the install was not done properly and they needed to come back another day to fix it. While the problem was fixed I required multiple phone calls and visits to “prove” that I needed the team to come back. When I commented about the stained/discolored molding they installed I was told it was expected that clients repaint the molding- why on earth would I pay for new molding to have to paint it? That’s Absurd. While ultimately resolved It was just a lot of unnecessary hassle and time spent on the floors that did not need to happen. The owner was apologetic about everything but did not offer to compensate me for my time or any other incentive to continue using them for my other flooring needs. I won’t go back.

DO NOT WAISTE YOU TIME OR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! TOTAL FLOOR HAS THERE OWN INSTALLERS THAT WERE SO PROFESSIONAL THEY WORE BOOTIES FOR MEEE. I am a bit OCD, they delt with fickleness - I wanted to wait a month before I reviewed just in case the carpet that THEY MATCHED actually I like it better they the one I fell for and the PADDING has a protective shield and its THICK!! They other companies told me I was getting that exact pad, then they brought mulita colored 1970's pad that was so thin. They tried to slip that in, like I was not gonna notice!! Both companies PEOPLE!!! One group of installers stood outside thinking I would just be desperate and fed up and would just let them go ahead with the install after I had to call a place in NEW YORK CITY????? WHAT A MESS. SO HAPPY WITH THE INSTALL, with THE LINES, THE BINDING , SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL , THE STEPS I wanted them with runners. SO IMPRESSED. I CAN NOT WAIT TO CALL THEM TO DO MY 3 BATHROOM FLOORS. THE SAME QUAILTY CARPET WALL TO WALL 3 STORIES AND 3 FLIGHTS OF STEPS WITH LANDINGS 4 ROOMS - - OMGOODNESS - this place is a little hole in the wall, with wall to wall samples like a thousand different choices ELSA so sweet so patience - LISTEN - NO JOKE - this place is the Hidden JEM. everyday I am so pleased and barefoot I love my carpet, I slept on the floor and it was like a yoga pad!!!
