We used them for kitchen flooring and tiling and were rather impressed by the meticulous work they did. Alas, we should have stopped there. We invited them back to remodel our two bathrooms, and while the tilework was again good, they proved that they don't know the first thing about plumbing and things like what constitutes good quality bathroom fixtures. Then you have the owner of the business, who doesn't listen to customer wishes, becomes downright argumentative if you dare criticize their work, doesn't respond to e-mails, and just plain turns everything around to somehow blame you for things that go wrong. In other words, a horrible customer service mentality. If, after reading all this, you are still bent on giving them a try, then PLEASE make sure you yourself buy all of the material yourself (do not trust their expertise on what's good quality) and use them for flooring and tiling work only. In a nutshell, "enter at your own risk."
