I really didn't like the service here, I do not recommend this place. I have to go to another office with a high rating.

The best service I have ever got from T-Mobile was today through David Spencer. He values his customers and their time. Mr David Spencer I highly appreciate for todays assistance.

Came to this store on Duke Street last week at 10:15. Store was supposed to open at 10:00, but it was still closed. Returned today (Feb 16) with only one assistant helping another customer, so I waited. Another store assistant could be heard chatting in the back room, he came into the main area, saw waiting customers and returned to the back room. He couldn't have cared less about customers waiting. I ended up leaving after 20 min without being helped. Seems TMobile needs to either improve their customer service training for stores, hire more personnel, pay higher salaries... or all three.

I went here to get a new i Phone yesterday. I was told that airbuds came for free with the phone. I told them that I did not need them but they told me they were free and to take them. I asked a total of 3 times and was told they were free. Today T Mobile sends me a text saying I was signed up for a protection plan on the phone I bought. I called to tell them that I never signed up for this and they then verified that I would be billed for the airbuds. While I was in the store another customer was in complaining that they signed him up for an additional line that he never requested for $15 a month! Clearly cheats and liars. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!
