My wife and I changed our insurance to Farmers for both Home and Auto about 2 years ago from other major insurers.
Riley was exceptionally helpful in advising and helping us set up new policies with Farmers, and they have been an absolute delight to deal with.
Our luggage was stolen in France last year, and the very comprehensive homeowners policy we had covered all the losses, minus deductible. Riley was very helpful, and the claims department was exceptionally sympathetic and supportive and handled the claim promptly and professionally.
