Ford Hill - State Farm Insurance Agent

one of their insured's hit me and they didn't provide his statement to claims until AFTER liability had been decided and I had picked up my rental. so now, I'm on the hook for the entire rental and my deductible because their insured gave a fraudulent statement that the agent neglected to provide until AFTER everything was said and done.

Ford has my agent for 20 years. He has been my parents since 1990. We have loved how much he has helped us out during difficult times.

Only been a few months with this company and IT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! First few calls we talked to the assistant and gave us the wrong prices, messed up on our names and we could see the lack of professionalism. After the first month our bill went up by double of what she has told us. No response and keep making random charges without notifying you. NEVER AGAIN. Think about it ten times before doing business with these peeps!!!!!!

Ford has been my insurance agent for over 22 years and I would feel confident recommending him to my family and friends, in fact, a family member just got insured through him. No hassles when filing a claim. When my son was a passenger in an underinsured party's car that got hit by a drunk driver in an uninsured vehicle, I made one phone call and Ford got the process going to get him taken care of. Ford and his team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
