This is the worst experience I have ever had with insurance. My farmers agent left farmers and I was assigned to Casey Merrill
I moved my insurance months ago and faxed the cancellation request to Farmers it wasn't done. I tried multiple times to contact Casey and he wont answer his phone or return a call. I again faxed my cancellation request to him directly. He processed the cancellation with the wrong date, the refund I got back was not even close to what I should have received. Now because of him not doing it right my escrow with my home is now messed up. Not only did he not cancel them with the right date now I am being billed for insurance that we cancelled and am being sent to collections because of Casey.
Never use this agent, I am certain you will regret it if you do.

Be very careful about doing business with Farmers. I cancelled and moved my policies in July and watched my new agent do the fax and have a conformation of that. It was not done and I was charged 2 extra payments. I emailed the Farmers agent and had no response, I was notified that another payment was posting. I emailed the Farmers agent a second time and his response was that it want his fault that my new agent had never sent anything. I know that this is a lie as I have a copy of Fax. I would be very careful of working with an agent that blames things on other people this way. Horrible experience I will never work with this company or agent again

Very disappointed. I was very happy with Farmers when I signed up, however when my agent left and I was assigned to Casey it has been nothing but issues. I was never able to get him on the phone so I decided to move to another company. The cancellation was faxed to Farmers and it wasn't done. I emailed it to Casey and didn't get a response so I followed up nearly a week later and finally got him to reply. Then when I got the cancellation conformations he didn't even cancel the policies with the right dates. Now I have to try to get in touch with him again and have him fix all the issues. This is so horrible service and i would tell everyone to never use this agent it will be a mistake

Casey is a great agent. He is an excellent communicator and an honest ethical person. I enjoy having Casey as my agent and recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a fair price and enjoyable experience.
