Sierra Pacific Windows

Horrendous customer service. I made two appointments for glass measuring for a warranty to a window and both times the representative "no showed." After complaining to the manager, Jeff, I was told that in-person measure was unnecessary and that he would personally sent me an email with a quote for replacing the glass. That was a month ago..... I am still waiting!

Great product and exceptional service!!! I needed to have some warranty work done, something you don't want to deal with, but with about 90 windows there was a good chance that I'd eventually need something fixed. Actually, we broke a window which finally prompted me to make the call... I'd been procrastinating what I expected to be a very painful process. I called the Sierra Pacific office and you couldn't ask for better support. Everyone one from the customer service manager that has been my primary point of contact, to the technician they sent out to inspect the windows, to the installation crew and the manager that followed up has been very professional. Several of these folks had been with the company 10+ years, had worked for Sierra Pacific in multiple states/offices, and in different roles... thus, there was a ton of experience all along the way. It was apparent to me that Sierra Pacific does a good job retaining great talent, keep it up! I highly recommend them... because of the product AND their team!

Customer service and quality seem lacking. I built a custom home in June 2016. We spent over $50k on our windows due to my wife liking the blue trim option. We do like our windows but one of the windows, a year later, has a gap in the window frame itself. It wasn't there initially. I noticed that the trim of the window was pushed out due to the gap in the window frame. I contacted Sierra Pacific Windows to look at the issue. I worked with Manager Nancy Coggle and technician Paul Woodrome and they gave multiple excuses on how the window frame gap was not their issue. None of the excuses made sense (one was my mdf window trim was pulling it out...Just in the middle of the window where the gap is....) I don't think so. The sides of the window don't have the gap and the top is fine but the bottom of the window in the the middle has a large gap that they won't fix. I don't feel like I was treated fairly on this item. I am hesitant to contact them in the future for any issues that might arise but that is probably what they would prefer. I thought I had picked a reputable company with a quality product but I can't say that is the case.

Sierra Pacific stands by their product and has amazing customer service. The installers are friendly and helpful. This is a great company to do business with. I will be a customer for life!

I built a new home 10 years ago spending over 40,000 on my windows. After 9 years I had 2 window get a cloudy halo look to them. Called them and they replaced them but I had to pay the labor to have them replaced. Now its been 10 years and I have 5 more windows that need to be replaced. The glass they use must not be of good quality. I called them last week to talk to them about what we can do about the other windows that have gone bad and I had to leave a message, it was been 5 days and still no call back.
